Right of Complaint
When you, as a consumer, deal with us, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
As a consumer, you have the right to make a complaint for 24 months when you shop with us in accordance with the Swedish Purchase Act's rules for purchasing goods. Legitimate complaints may result in repair, exchange, refund or price reduction, depending on the specific situation, and always based on the least damage to the business.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is timely and justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Returns can also be made by handing the item over to us in person.
When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem, for example a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any prior correspondence etc.
All goods that are returned due to defects upon receipt must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when they were sent - as a rule, goods that comply with the conditions for a 24-month right of return are repaired, if this is not profitable, the item is exchanged with a renewed 24-month right of return.
