Right of Withdrawal
Regarding the right of withdrawal for purchases in our webshop, the following applies:
As a consumer, you have the option to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. If you have ordered several items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the shipment in question. If it concerns an agreement for the regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after receipt of the first item.
You must notify us that you want to cancel your purchase within the deadline, and use the standard cancellation form when returning the item. Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
If you have purchased several items and wish to cancel part of the purchase, it is possible to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. However, you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have 8 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return yourself, and you and/or the carrier are liable for any damage during transport.
There is no right of withdrawal for the following agreements: (The 14 days expire)
Delivery of goods which, at the time of ordering, are a binding pre-order
Delivery of goods that are received on products that are not in stock and are treated as customer orders or made-to-order goods (purchased goods)
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch
Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly
Arrangements for specific urgent repair or maintenance work on a product that you have specifically requested.
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. We require that you return the item in its original packaging, and if this is missing, the item cannot be returned.
If you regret your purchase, we will refund the purchase amount to you. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the payment of the item's price no later than 8 days after receiving the item back from you, and with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, if possible. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it and can prove that it has been received.
When dealing with B2B (business to business) there is no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing when the transaction is concluded.
