Shipments are delivered via DHL and GLS.
Shipping to a pick-up or delivery location of your choice costs from DKK 69. However, heavy shipments may incur higher costs.

Please note that during peak seasons there can be pressure on the different collection points, and the freight company reserves the right to choose another, nearby collection point if the desired location has no more capacity.

Shipping delivered to the door costs from DKK 69. However, heavy shipments may result in higher costs. This form of delivery requires a person to be at home at the address upon receipt. If the post office cannot deliver, the package will be placed at a collection point, and you will receive further information via SMS or e-mail.

Shipments with goods in stock are dispatched from AIPOWER's warehouse within 3 working days. If "made to order" is ordered, which is an item that is not in stock, the order will be dispatched when the entire order is ready for delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

AIPOWER cannot be held responsible for delays with the shipping company. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, the sender and the recipient jointly complain to the shipping company. AIPOWER will of course send a new delivery free of charge for insured shipping when the shipping company has approved this.

AIPOWER also delivers to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad against the applicable daily rate and any surcharges for shipping such as air mail etc.

If AIPOWER does not have the item in stock due to e.g. stock registration error, defect or other event, they will normally offer to cancel the transaction or provide an equivalent item if possible. But the customer cannot be better off than when the deal was concluded, and no compensation will be provided in the form of money or additional goods.

If an item in the webshop is not in stock, it usually means that the item is either on order from the supplier or must be placed on order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a specific delivery time for an item, but if the ordered unit is in stock at the supplier, it will usually take from a few days to 1-2 weeks, depending on the supplier's ability. However, this does not apply to manufacturers who supply goods to AIPOWER outside of Europe, e.g. USA. These items typically take 6-8 weeks plus possible customs processing.
