1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, make a purchase from AI Power. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
AI Power has accepted your purchase when an order confirmation is issued, confirming the final delivery date to your provided email. These terms and conditions, along with your order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement for your purchase.
Only consumers who are 18 years or older can make purchases from us. If you are a business entity and wish to make a purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (+45) 60666660.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The total price for the purchased product ("Product") is stated in your order confirmation. All prices include VAT and are in Danish Kroner. The order confirmation and receipt will be sent via email.
You can make payments via bank transfer. The amount must be paid before the Product is dispatched by AI Power.
3. ORDER PROCESS
When you want to complete a purchase on our webshop, you begin by selecting the desired product variant.
Following this, you will need to answer a few product-specific questions. The Product is then added to your cart, where you can review your order. If you wish to purchase more than one Product, please contact us for a quote.
Placing an order through our website does not constitute a legally binding agreement for us. We are only bound by the agreement once you have received an order confirmation with a confirmed delivery date.
The delivery time is specified in your final order confirmation.
Delivery proceeds as follows: AI Power delivers the Product directly to you after receiving your order. You will then coordinate with an authorized installer for installation on the day scheduled for Product installation unless otherwise agreed upon between you and the installer.
The standard delivery time to you is 7 days after we have received your order. Delivery is made to the address you provided when ordering. We deliver throughout Denmark, except for non-bridged islands.
If the Product is delayed, we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery date. If you are not available to receive your delivery during the agreed-upon time, you will be responsible for redelivery costs.
We reserve the right to postpone the agreed delivery time due to shortages in goods or capacity.
5. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the Product is damaged during delivery, please immediately notify AI Power's customer service either by email at email@example.com or by phone at (+45) 60666660. You MUST take pictures for later documentation before unpacking the product.
6. LICENSE FOR EMBEDDED SOFTWARE
Software belonging to AI Power or third parties ("Embedded Software") is embedded in and constitutes an integral part of the Products. AI Power grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub-licensable limited license for this Embedded Software only to the extent necessary to use the Product as provided in the user manual.
7. CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF RETURN
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you make purchases from us. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. Returns must be made in the original packaging. The Product must not show signs of being assembled and used; if this is the case, we reserve the right to reject the return or require compensation reflecting the impairment.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, before the withdrawal period expires, contact AI Power's customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (+45) 60666660 and clearly communicate that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form, which can be found on our website, and send it back.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that AI Power can determine whether you can have the Product repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction depending on the specific situation. Products often come with a longer manufacturer's warranty, which is indicated on the purchase receipt and should be directed to the manufacturer. AI Power is happy to assist if support is needed for this communication.

9. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
AI Power assumes no liability for indirect loss or consequential damages of any kind, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
AI Power reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with future effect for subsequent purchases.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any disputes are settled by Danish courts and in accordance with Danish law.
